THE SPACE
Two bedroom penthouse apartment at the newest luxury development in Benahavis village - Riverside. The complex has a big pool area and underground parking with lifts to each floor. The apartments were completed in 2021 and are in a great location to enjoy the authentic village of Benahavis with it´s numerous bars and restaurants. The urbanizacion is also close to the village sports facilities and nature walks.
BENAHAVIS
Benahavis is a traditional spanish "pueblo", famed for its restaurants. Riverside is a new residential urbanizacion, located by the River Guadalmina, close to the centre of the village. It's easy to walk around the village from the apartment, just be aware that Benahavis is very hilly! For trips further afield and down to the coast, a car is strongly recommended.
